In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context otherwise requires:
- "ph974" or "the Company" refers to the operator of the ph974.club platform, including its affiliated entities, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers.
- "Platform" means the ph974.club website, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and all services, features, games, and account functionalities accessible through it.
- "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers for and/or uses a ph974 account.
- "Account" means the individual account created upon registration, through which the Player accesses ph974 services and manages real-money funds.
- "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their ph974 account using eligible payment methods.
- "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional funds, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to an Account by ph974 under a specific promotion.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before that amount becomes withdrawable.
- "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal access is granted.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body overseeing gaming in the Philippines.
- "Philippine Standard Time" (PST) means UTC+8, the time zone applicable to all ph974 operational hours and cutoff times.
Access to ph974's real-money gaming services is subject to the following eligibility criteria. ph974 reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account that does not meet these requirements.
21+ Age Requirement (Mandatory): In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use a ph974 Account for real-money gaming purposes. ph974 strictly enforces this requirement and will not permit underage access to gaming services under any circumstances.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play, to the extent required by applicable law.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ph974 or any of its affiliated suppliers or live dealer studio partners.
- You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from gambling.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
ph974 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Provision of false information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Balance.
Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) ph974 Account. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, different mobile numbers, different GCash wallets, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all balances.
One Account per person. One Account per household is strongly recommended as a best practice; accounts found to share identical IP addresses and device fingerprints may be subject to additional verification.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username, password, OTP codes). ph974 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
- You must notify ph974 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
- ph974 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably determines that eligibility conditions have not been met.
- Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your Account or any balance therein to any other person.
ph974 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering law (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing withdrawals. The KYC process is mandatory and non-optional.

KYC review is typically completed within one (1) to two (2) Philippine business days from the time of submission. ph974 may request additional documentation if the submitted materials are unclear, expired, or insufficient to confirm identity. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is approved.

ph974 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ph974's control. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your ph974 Account. Deposits from third-party accounts may be reversed and the deposited funds returned to the originating account.
- ph974 does not accept deposits using credit cards, cheques, or anonymous prepaid instruments where the cardholder cannot be identified.
- ph974 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any Account at any time for responsible gaming, regulatory compliance, or risk management purposes.
- Deposited funds that have not been wagered and/or are subject to ongoing review may be placed on a temporary hold pending KYC completion or investigation.
Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are available to all KYC-verified ph974 Account holders. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500 per request.
- Maximum withdrawal amount: Subject to Account tier. Standard accounts: ₱50,000 per day; Gold tier: ₱100,000 per day; Jade and Dragon tier: subject to VIP arrangements.
- Processing time: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed same-day for Gold tier and above (submitted before 4:00 PM PST on a Philippine business day). Standard account withdrawals are processed within one (1) Philippine business day.
- Destination: Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ph974 Account. ph974 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Currency: All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
ph974 may delay or withhold a withdrawal if: (a) KYC verification is incomplete or pending; (b) a bonus is active with an unsatisfied wagering requirement on the funds being withdrawn; (c) the Account is under investigation for potential policy violations; or (d) ph974 is required to do so by law or by a direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
ph974 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all ph974 promotions unless superseded by specific promotion terms published alongside a given offer:
- Bonus funds credited to an Account are separate from the Real Money Balance and are held in the Bonus Balance until wagering requirements are met.
- Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the default wagering requirement for any bonus is twenty (20) times (20x) the bonus amount on eligible games before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.
- Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of stake toward the requirement; live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger) typically contribute 10%. Specific contribution rates for each game are listed in the promotion terms.
- Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account. Players who create multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts closed and all balances forfeited.
- ph974 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and partially wagered in good faith.
- Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to coordinated wagering between related accounts, use of prohibited wagering strategies, or exploitation of apparent errors — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
All games available on ph974 are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers whose platforms have been independently tested and certified for fairness and RNG integrity by recognized testing laboratories. ph974 does not develop or operate proprietary game software.
- The rules of each game are determined by the game supplier and are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with game rules before placing real-money wagers.
- In the event of a conflict between game display and the result recorded on the ph974 server, the server result shall prevail.
- ph974 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a game that was affected by a software error, connectivity failure, or clear technical malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
- Bets placed after the betting window has closed, or after a live dealer has announced "no more bets," are void and will not be honored.
- Winnings arising from an obvious display error or manifest system fault (including erroneous odds or displayed payouts) are not valid and will not be paid.
- Players who use any automated betting tool, script, bot, or artificial intelligence system to gain an advantage in game play violate these Terms and are subject to immediate Account suspension.
Live dealer games at ph974 Casino stream from professionally operated studios subject to their own licensing and integrity oversight. ph974 does not control the physical operation of live dealer studios and is not liable for any studio-side technical or operational failures beyond those requiring a bet void as described above.
ph974 is committed to operating a safe gaming environment consistent with its obligations under PAGCOR regulations and its own corporate responsible gaming policy. Gambling is a form of entertainment; it should not be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.
21+ Only. ph974 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years for all casino-style gaming as required by PAGCOR. Under-21 access is a serious legal and regulatory violation. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, any winnings forfeited, and deposits returned where applicable.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ph974 Account holders from the Account Settings menu:
- Deposit Limit: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once set, a limit can only be reduced immediately; an increase to a previously set limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limit: Set a maximum continuous play duration. ph974 will display a time warning when you approach your set limit and will end the session upon reaching it.
- Loss Limit: Set a maximum acceptable loss amount per day, week, or month. Once reached, access to real-money games is restricted for the remainder of the period.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block your Account from accessing all real-money gaming. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent. During self-exclusion, your Account remains accessible for balance review and withdrawal only. Self-exclusion can be initiated immediately from Account Settings or by contacting ph974 support. A temporary self-exclusion may only be lifted after the full self-exclusion period has elapsed.
- Reality Check: Receive periodic notifications of your cumulative session time and total wagers placed during a session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph974 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:
- Registration or attempted registration by any person under 21 years of age.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the Platform in any unauthorized manner.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors for financial gain.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer games.
- Charging back, reversing, or disputing a valid deposit through a payment provider in bad faith after funds have been used for gaming.
- Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Platform or its underlying systems.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, if you are subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
ph974 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph974 reasonably determines that:
- The Account holder has breached these Terms;
- The Account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 10;
- Continued operation of the Account would expose ph974 to regulatory, legal, or financial risk;
- The Account holder has requested self-exclusion;
- ph974 is required to do so under applicable law or a direction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.
Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the resolution of all outstanding wagers and any applicable withheld amounts will be returned to the Account holder via the most recent verified withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable regulatory holds. Bonus Balances are not returned upon Account closure.
All content on the ph974 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, text, images, graphics, logos, audio, video, game content, and user interface design — is the property of ph974 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any ph974 Platform content without the express written consent of ph974.
- The ph974 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of ph974. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any ph974 trademark.
- Game content provided by third-party suppliers remains the intellectual property of those suppliers and is subject to their respective terms of use.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
- ph974 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph974 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- ph974 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if ph974 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- ph974's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) ₱100,000.
- Nothing in these Terms limits ph974's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by ph974's negligence.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Dispute Resolution Process
- Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, disputes should be raised with the ph974 customer support team via the 24/7 live chat or by email to [email protected]. Most issues are resolved at this stage within one to two Philippine business days.
- Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If a dispute is not resolved through customer support, a formal written complaint may be submitted to ph974 by email. ph974 will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and issue a final decision within fourteen (14) calendar days.
- Step 3 — PAGCOR: If you remain dissatisfied after receiving ph974's final decision, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for gaming-related disputes in the Philippines.
ph974 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph974 will provide notice to Account holders via the registered mobile number or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this page will be updated each time a material change is made. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.
